About Us

This organization was started in memory of a loved one lost to suicide. I struggled with guilt for years after his passing, regretting not doing more to step in to help him. With that guilt, naturally, came questions of what more I could have done, as well as where I would have gone to locate the necessary resources to help.

I am now redirecting that energy to reach out to others who may be looking for resources for themselves or a loved one of their own. Through this organization, we aim to provide all the most up-to-date and relevant resources and information related to all things mental health. In addition, we will be the starting point, go between and support system for those taking advantage of any resources available to them.

We aim to be the “skeleton key” opening any door as you (or your loved one) maneuver through the journey towards better mental health.
